PYKRS offers you free shipping on all orders to the following countries and regions: European Union, United Kingdom, Eastern European countries, Australia, New Zealand, United States and Canada.
We use standard shipping services for all our free orders, which typically takes between 3 to 5 business days to deliver. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during shipping.
We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package’s progress.
In addition to our free shipping, we offer a 30-day return policy for all merchandise. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@pykrs.com. We will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning your items. Please note that the cost of return shipping will also be covered by us. You might be required to pay the return shipping in advance. In such an event, the shipping expenses will be paid back together with the amount of the product purchased after our inspection.
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Please note that for all orders placed outside of the European Union, any customs or import duties that may apply to your order will be your responsibility. PYKRS will not be responsible for any delays caused by customs or other factors outside of our control.
